SHUBY available at EPOCH ART GALLERY

We are pleased to announce a new addition to our portfolio of artists, Shubby.

Shuby uses print, collage, paint and photography to create original reinterpretations that revel in absurdity, kitsch and irony. Her cheeky visions are almost dream-like in their Technicolor intensity. She works in a wide variety of mediums including paintings, print making, ceramics and reworking found objects.

The Crying Boy and Girl with Bunny original prints she found at bootsales.  Her repainting of this particular niche of 70's commercial art with portraits of children with the clown like bunny cartoon is a combination of her enhancing and joking with the strange absurdity and melancholy in these retro images.

We are pleased to announce a  new artist to Epoch, Lewis Bannister.  We have a selection of his his latest works available.
