We have four new pieces by Copyright avialable just in time for Christmas! 'Torn Rose' is available in two colour ways. Black is an edition of 30 while the red is smaller edition of 15. Both are a one colour screen print with hand finishing by Copyright.

The show
will run at Epoch Art Gallery from the 23rd November until the 23rd
December 2012. Lewis Bannister’s first solo exhibition will showcase his
signature Mickey Doodles series on US $1 bills and the new Bea’notes series on
Bank of England £1 notes. Also on show will be a collection of drawings from
Lewis’s black book, and new works on ply-wood boards.

We are pleased to announce another new artists at Epoch. Séverine
Sendra is a French self-taught artist. Today, Séverine
mainly uses acrylic in her work. ‘I am dedicated primarily to the
achievement of manga. My media are canvases on which I paste newspaper
and create the work in acrylic. I also make portraits on canvas worked
in different ways’.

Shuby
uses print, collage, paint and photography to create original reinterpretations
that revel in absurdity, kitsch and irony. Her cheeky visions are almost
dream-like in their Technicolor intensity. She works in a wide variety of
mediums including paintings, print making, ceramics and reworking found
objects.
The Crying Boy and Girl with
Bunny original prints she found at bootsales. Her repainting of this
particular niche of 70's commercial art with portraits of children with the
clown like bunny cartoon is a combination of her enhancing and joking with the
strange absurdity and melancholy in these retro images.
